According to Lianhe Zaobao, China Metallurgical Co., Ltd. has been listed on Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchange to raise funds a total of 5.13 billion U.S. dollars. The list is the second-largest IPO globally this year.

中国冶金科工股份有限公司(Metallurgical Corp. of China Ltd., 简称：中国中冶)已通过在上海和香港进行首次公开募股(IPO)共筹得资金51.3亿美元，此交易成为今年全球规模第二大的IPO交易。

据道琼斯通讯社(Dow Jones Newswires)周四所见的一份合约细则显示，中国中冶已通过新发行28.7亿股H股筹得资金23.5亿美元，发行价为每股6.35港元，接近指导价区间的低端。中国中冶是中国最大的冶金工程公司。
