Shanghai Daily: countries on G20 have agreed to give at least 5% voting power from developed countries to developing countries. This shift makes the voting power of developing countries at least same (50%) as the developed ones. Such a move reflects the increasing voice of developing nations in the world financial order and also reflects the fact that developed countries need developing nations to solve the global economic crisis.

上海日报：G20峰会各国同意对IMF的投票权做出更改，发展中国家投票权增加5%，发达国家相应减少5%。这是发展中国家在争取国际金融秩序权上的一大重大胜利。
