China Tells

Shanghai Daily: Shanghai is encouraging private capital to finance the development of ‘innovation industry’ such as clean energy, new material, biomedicines and information technology. The government will provide 10 billion yuan in the form of seed investment, research subsidy, and low interest bank loan as a support to these industries. Shanghai targets to be a hub of high technology and innovative industry.

上海日报：上海政府筹资鼓励私人资本市场大力投资创新科技产业，比如生物制药，绿色能源和信息科技。据称上海政府将拨款100亿人民币以对此计划支持。这100亿元将用于低息贷款，创业基金，研究补贴等等。
