China Tells

WSJ: China has an ambitious plan to build green cities powered by wind farms. According to WSJ, however, such wind farms come with an environmental cost: dozens of coal-fired power plants need to be built as well to supply the power. Such a reality shows  that to develop the economy in a ‘green’ approach is never that simple and straightforward as it seems to be.

华尔街日报消息，中国在未来几年有大力发展风力发电的计划。但是在建风力发电厂的同时，也可能伴生数座煤炭动力的发电厂。这样算来，风力发电对环境保护的功效有多大并不看得清楚。
