FT London: Beijing launched an anti-dumping investigation against US poultry export to China. This is a direct reaction to America’s recently passed regulation to impose 35% import tariff on Chinese tires into the States. There is a concern globally that the trade war between US and China might escalate if both parties play the hard ball. If the anti-dumping investigation is positive, then China might impose tariff or other penalizing approaches on American chickens into China.
