China Daily Beijing: Who is the richest man in China today? Not miner, not banker, nor agriculture producer. It is Mr. Wang Chuanfu, the founder of Battery and Electric Car, BYD. According to Shanghai Based Hurun Report, Mr. Wang tops the Chinese richest list with a net worth of $5.1 billion, thanks to Warren Buffet’s $230 million investment in his company for a share of 10%.
