Economist: China is among G20 to be the leading country in stimulating its domestic economy by borrowing big and spending big. Such a ballooning progress in government debt, however, along with the similar pace from other governments, will have to be curbed sometime somewhere. By the end of the spending spree, government need to tighten the belt to reduce the debt and improve the balance. Tax as an important revenue source, will have to be raised at a certain point. All these projection leads to a gloomy outlook for most governments for 2014 onwards.
