China Tells

If Every Chinese buys a car, GM, Ford and Chrysler would not have gone bankrupt, at least not so soon. According to data released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (See Article from Bloomberg), China’s total vehicle sales amounted to a whopping 1.33 Million units in Sept 2009, including 1.015 million units of Passenger Cars. Such a number is almost double of what has been sold in USA (745K Units). Thanks to the industrialization in World’s most populous country, car makers are seeing a bright future with the current trend continuing. Maybe China could deliver a wonder to the car makers like what America did in the beginning of 20th century. The difference is that it is no longer Ford or GM who enjoy the ride, but Japanese and German manufacturers.
