China Tells

Mr. Hou Ning is known as the ‘Air Force Commander’ in China’s stock market mainly due to his reputation of being a big bear at most times in the market (See Article from China Daily). In history Mr. Hou has made some good prediction on the peak of stock indice. Recently, however, Mr. Hou’s prediction starts to lose audience in the rampant bull run. China’s stock market behaves very differently from other markets and frequently surprises investors with super strong move. There are also view that China stock market no longer follows NYSE or Nasdaq any more. On the contrary, China’s stock market sets the global tone and leads Dow (See article from Chinatells). Overall a bull equity market is good for the government as small investors are happy to make some money from the market.
