The property price in these cities has been inflated since 2000 and seems never falling down. Based on the latest calculation, the average property price in Beijing is about 14 times that of annual income. In other words, it takes one to work hard for 14 years without eating or drinking, let alone travelling or having fun, to afford to a flat in Beijing. In Shanghai and Guangzhou, it is also as high as above 10 times. The high housing price is putting more and more weights on the already heavy burden of anyone who lives in these cities.
