China Tells

China’s Life Insurance Premium keeps growing every year. It increased from about 100 RMB/year in 1999 to almost 800 RMB/year in 2008. The y-o-y growth from 2007 to 2008 is almost 50%. Given China’s huge population, the life insurance coverage is among the lowest in the world. However, due to the fast increase of income, it seems there is a huge potential for insurance companies to expand business in this country.

中国人寿险险金连年上涨，从99年的100块涨到08年的700多块。买保险的概念只是最近几年在中国人中悄悄兴起，但是增长十分迅速。目前中国的寿险比率在全世界属于很低的水平，因此大有潜力可挖。
