According to the latest estimate, there are about 1.8 million square meters being traded in Beijing in Nov 09, fetching an average price of about RMB 17,500/square meter. Beijing’s property price reached bottom about Q4 ’08, after which it rebounded strongly to post new highs every month with robust growth in volume as well.
