China Tells

Ordos is a small city with about 1 million people in North China (Inner Mongolia). Thanks to the government’s stimulus program, the local government is equipped to throw cash in building impressive theaters and condominiums in a new site, which is aboout 30 Km away from the old town. Ironically, with the new city being completed, there are no citizens moving there due to too high living cost. Therefore the new city ends up with a town of almost nobody. The new city is still waiting, for one day, the people either with money or need will move to this brand new city.
