China Tells

According to a latest study by Goldman Sachs, China’s investment in Inland areas has far outpaced that in the coastal areas. The attached map reveals that the provinces that went through above national average growth are mostly focused in Inland areas. By contrast, the provinces at the south east coastal area of China, all went through below average growth in terms of investment. Such a scenario implies that the gap between the West and East is likely to be narrowed in 2010.

根据高盛公司最近的一项研究发现，中国的投资增速在内陆省份要远远高于沿海省份。中国经济历来有东西不平衡，内地和沿海地区不平衡的历史，目前中央政府大力推行开发西部发展内陆地区。这样的投资增速之差别有望缩小各省份之间的差别。
