China’s corporate tax is on the high end in Asia compared to the peers. According to the latest complied data, USA and Japan have the highest corporate tax in the world (around 40%), followed by Germany (39%) and UK (33%). China’s 30% corporate tax is relatively low compared to the above countries, but relatively high compared to other Asian regions such as Korea, Taiwan and Singapore.
