China’s CPI increased by 2.4% on a y-o-y basis in March 2010, according to data released by National Bureau of Statistics. In the same month, PPI increased by a more aggressive pace at 5.9%. Despite the fact that CPI actually increased at a slower pace in March compared to Feb, the market still expresses concern on the potential inflation that is about to come.
